“ Excellent service, just before a downpour the Wait staff moved us to a dry area "saving" our meal. Wonderfully attentive. ”
“ We have a group of 14 divers had breakfast before departing to Andau Resort @ center west of Raja Ampat and then seafood dinner after wrapping up our dive trip. We were able to reserve a private room with AC and overlook the harbor while enjoy the sunset. They offer all kinds of southeast Asian food with flavorful sauces such as satay. We had off menu seafood dishes. Panulirus ornatus (lobster) were cooked with two different ways; steamed with garlic and stirfry with Kecap manis; these lobsters were incredibly fresh, juicy and sweet while giving you an enjoyable firm and smooth texture. The freshly steamed Red hind groupers were succulently delicate and tender. The barbecued jackfish were grilled by wood charcoal over an open fire and season only with salt and pepper; the aroma of the mildly burned and smoky fish skin intensified the flavor of freshness of the jackfish. All the dishes were scrumptious and only live seafood can present these type of quality. The feast @ Marina Star will be my standards and talk about fresh seafood for years to come. ”
